Terms & Conditions – 75bd Platform Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "75bd" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting service operated at https://75bd.lat and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services.
• "User", "Player", or "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 75bd platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered profile created by a user upon successful completion of the registration and KYC process.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed on a casino game outcome, sports event, or other gaming activity available through 75bd.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds held in a user's account, comprising deposited funds, bonus credits (where separately designated), and winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any credits added to an account as a result of a promotional offer, subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the primary currency used on the 75bd platform.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required before withdrawals can be processed.

Headings in these Terms & Conditions are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to singular forms include the plural and vice versa where the context permits.

To register and maintain an account with 75bd, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 75bd strictly prohibits use of the platform by persons under the age of 18. Any account found to be registered to a minor will be immediately and permanently closed, and any balance will be returned to the verified payment source.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts and accounts operated by third parties on behalf of another individual are not permitted.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended 75bd account. Each individual is permitted one account only.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds associated with fraudulent activity.

75bd reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

75bd operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Until KYC verification is successfully completed, certain account functions — including but not limited to withdrawals above specified thresholds — will be restricted.

As part of the KYC process, 75bd may request the following documentation:

• Government-issued photographic identification (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the preceding three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Verification of the payment method used for deposits (for example, confirmation of ownership of the bKash or Nagad account from which deposits originate).
• Source of funds documentation in cases where transaction volumes trigger enhanced due-diligence requirements.

All documents submitted must be authentic, unaltered, and clearly legible. Submission of fraudulent, forged, or manipulated documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

75bd processes KYC documentation within a reasonable time frame. Players are encouraged to complete KYC promptly after registration to avoid any delay when submitting withdrawal requests.

4.1 Deposits. 75bd accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank transfers. The minimum deposit amount and any applicable processing fees are displayed on the deposits page within your account. Deposits are ordinarily credited to your account balance within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements are not withdrawable).
• The withdrawal method must correspond to the payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money-laundering requirements.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are published in the Payments section of the platform.

4.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days depending on the receiving institution. 75bd does not accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on the 75bd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 75bd does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any conversion costs incurred by the player when funding an account in a different currency are the sole responsibility of the player.

4.5 Declined Transactions. 75bd reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases 75bd will notify the player and, where applicable, work with the player to resolve the issue.

5.1 General. 75bd offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds awarded by 75bd are subject to a wagering requirement. This means that the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount also) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each individual promotion page.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. 75bd employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, using third-party software to exploit promotional terms, and colluding with other players to circumvent bonus conditions. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance and any associated winnings voided, and may be subject to permanent account closure.

5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance without notice.

5.5 Right to Withdraw Promotions. 75bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a player has already claimed a bonus that is subsequently modified, the terms applicable at the time of the claim will continue to apply to that player's existing bonus balance.

6.1 Game Outcomes. All casino games available on the 75bd platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by licensed third-party game providers, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation by 75bd or any third party.

6.2 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets are offered on a range of events including but not limited to cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series involving Bangladesh), football, kabaddi, and hockey. Odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is accepted. Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, the stated odds at the time of acceptance are locked in.

6.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is abandoned or postponed beyond the stated settlement window; the odds at which the bet was accepted were the result of a manifest error; or the underlying event does not comply with the conditions under which the market was offered.

6.4 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure during a casino game session, 75bd will endeavour to restore the session to its pre-interruption state where technically possible. Where restoration is not possible, the round in progress at the time of failure will be voided and the relevant stake returned to the player's balance. 75bd is not responsible for losses arising from disconnections caused by the player's own internet connection or device.

6.5 Maximum Winnings. 75bd reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual games or betting markets. Where applicable, these limits are published within the relevant game or market information. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout for a game or market will be capped at that maximum.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 75bd platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account for the same individual, whether using different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, spider, or other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to 75bd immediately via [email protected]. Deliberately exploiting a known bug will result in account closure and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 75bd staff, support agents, or other users through any communication channel.
• Allowing any third party to access or operate your account on your behalf.
• Attempting to charge back or reverse any payment made to 75bd without first exhausting the internal dispute resolution process described in these Terms & Conditions.

75bd provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all verified account holders from within the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased for a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period after any upward adjustment request.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary pause on all gambling activity for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cool-off period, login access to gambling features is suspended but account management functions remain accessible.

• Copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content from the platform without the express prior written consent of 75bd.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any part of the platform.
• Use the 75bd brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the 75bd website on any other website or digital medium.

Any unauthorised use of 75bd intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

10.1 The 75bd platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 75bd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.2 75bd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service offered on it.
• Any loss of data, funds, or profits arising from technical failures, third-party payment provider delays, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of 75bd.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from 75bd's negligence, or for any form of liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10.4 Gambling involves inherent financial risk. By using the 75bd platform, you acknowledge and accept that you may lose all funds deposited. 75bd does not guarantee any particular outcome from any game or betting activity.

75bd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on the 75bd platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration, KYC, and platform use is used for the following primary purposes:

• Verifying your identity and age for KYC compliance.

Upon receiving a closure request, 75bd will process any pending withdrawals of real-money funds subject to completed KYC verification and the absence of any ongoing investigation. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

12.3 Account Suspension or Closure by 75bd. 75bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:
